A folder with a script and an icon becomes a ribbon button and an AutoCAD command. No compiling, no restart.

Make a folder

It is a ribbon button, and an AutoCAD command too: type PYCOUNT, put it in a macro, or call (pyacad "PYCOUNT") from AutoLISP.
